Professional

With professional studies all handed in there is only studio work to concentrate on. Giving myself daily targets so that I produce a good amount of work. It is safe to say that it is going to be a busy couple of weeks. Here's a sneaky look at my promotional pack that I handed in. 

Easter

Well I just wanted to wish everyone a Happy Easter. Hope you are all enjoying the few extra days off work and all the chocolate. With deadlines approaching I have been working hard to get stuff completed. More drawings and design work happening everyday there is so much going on. When I have new photos of where my work is going I will be sharing and updating.

Dale Chihuly

I went to London to go to Chelsea Harbour got lots of inspiring fabrics and wallpaper samples. But the best part of my day was going to see the Dale Chihuly exhibition. It was an honour to see one of my favourite artists and a true inspiration with colours and shapes.

I have started a new business venture and linked together with my friend putting textiles and fashion together in our own way to create beautiful unique clothing. Here's a little sneak peak into the photo shoot today getting for the tops going on sale soon.

Formica

I spent the day yesterday at Formica. Had a tour of the factory and a little meeting with James the manager of the bespoke collection. I learnt all about the materials and how it was made as well as how flexible it can be with colour and width. The custom range was my favourite with all of the different possibilities from simple graphics to photographs to scanned in fabric. Amazing day filled full of information.
