The Big Apple

Well my life gets busier. Not only have I handed in all of my second year work done a work placement in London and got some networking done but I have just got back from New York City after I had some pieces of my work on a stand in Surtex trade show. After a week of what feels like racing around the city to see everything I think that I squeezed everything possible in, seen the Statue of Liberty, went to the Top of the Rock, Times Square and walked over Brooklyn Bridge and that is just a small part. With inspiration round every corner and my ideas starting to come together for the start of third year can't wait to start drawing and doing more research over the summer. 

London: pulse

As one of my work experiences I went to help a small company called Small Eye on their stand at the trade fair Pulse in Earls Court. It was a great experience being in London and seeing how the trade show works and the people that are there. It also gave me time to network and go around and speak to other companies and it gave me an opportunity to get in touch with other work experience opportunities. Working with a smaller company allowed me to ask her more questions and get a good understanding of how the company works. It was a great experience. 

Second year

With second year finished another year has flown by. My work has moved on from what it was at the start of this year and with the skills I have learnt on illustrator I think this was a great success for me. I have worked hard on the final module and I am pleased with my outcomes. So I have put photos of my latest wallpaper designs that I got printed on a1 and added crystals as finishing touches
